Dr Digvijay Verma currently working as a Research Officer (Pharmacognosy)/Scientist-I in the Drug standardisation Section at Central Council for Research in Homoeopathy, New Delhi, Ministry of Ayush, Govt. of India. He is co-ordinator of Drug Standardisation Research Program of the council. He holds PhD and MSc. in Botany from University of Lucknow, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Dr. Digvijay has previously served as an Assistant Research Officer (Pharmacognosy) in the Department of Pharmacognosy at Dr DDPR Central Research Institute for Homoeopathy, Noida.
An active multifacet brilliancy in field of Botany, plant taxonomy, Pharmacognosy, Chemistry and Pharmacology Dr. Digvijay has published 24 original research articles and 01 review articles in peer-reviewed journals, 09 Books and Monographs, presented more than 05 papers at various conferences.
He is a distinguished member of the Indian Botanical Society, Youth Hostel Association of India.
